An application for a NSW Licence under Mutual Recognition can be made on an ‘Application for a CAPI Operator licence under the Mutual Recognition Act 1992’ (P616) form available from our website www.police.nsw.gov.au/sir or by requesting a form from the Customer Service Centre on 1300 362 001.
