Is there a Sample Manufacturing Process?
Yes Organic Apparel USA introduced a”Sample Manufacturing Process” to avoid any complications that may occur during the production process. That is why, prior to manufacturing our customers’ complete order, the samples of the products are manufactured. This id the first sample. During the manufacturing of the first sample, we are concerned about measurements, fabric quality and weight. Then, the product is finalized based on the feedback we receive from our customers and the second sample is made. We ship the second sample (that is now “The Production Sample”) to our customers, and upon their approval the complete order is manufactured with the exact same specifications of the production sample. This process helps us eliminate any errors in the final order.
