The FMMJUA has adopted a risk management program for its policyholders in accordance with Florida law (Sec. 627.351 F.S.) Each individual policyholder is required to complete a Risk Prevention Skills training course, sponsored by the FMMJUA and administered by the Servicing Carrier. This program must be successfully completed every two years prior to renewal.
