Late participants in Phase I will be charged an additional late entry fee of 50% of the standard two-year participation fee. This will be in effect from 1 January 2008 through completion of Phase I. Upon completion of Phase I, companies wishing to purchase access to the deliverables may do so by paying a premium of 100%.
