Is there a difference between Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Bachelor of technology in Architecture?

At my university the Bachelor of Science did experimental research, wrote a thesis and defended the thesis. The Bachelor of of Technology simply wrote a research paper. So there is a difference. That being said, I am not sure how much difference it makes out in the world when you are working. Some may notice when you are first being hired and have no experience, but I think the difference will fade away with experience.
