Is the wind speed/direction and humidity being displayed correctly on the ULTIMETER 2000 keyboard?
If the wind speed/direction and humidity is not being displayed on the ULTIMETER 2000 KEYBOARD, it is a Hardware problem with the ULTIMETER 2000. Please contact Peet Bros. If I start WAIS at the same time, it complains that port is taken by another process, which is fine. But if I shut down WeatherLogger and try to run only WAIS, on COMM TEST button it says “No Wx detected”. Also, CONSOLE tab is blinking and doesn’t show anything. ANSWER: Sometimes if you run Peet software, it can take over the serial port and does not close it properly when you terminate it. Then if you run WAIS, the serial port is not available to WAIS.
