Is the universe finite?
We would have to have a firm definition on what the “Universe” is. If we’re talking all the matter/energy there is, if that’s what you call the Universe then according to our current understanding yes because energy can not be created or destroyed it only changes forms and thus there is only so much and there will never be more or less. If the universe is the area in which these energies move around, then the answer is still yes because no matter if that area is getting larger or not it is only part of the “universe” once filled with the above mentioned energies creating a finite boundary of what is “Universe” and what isn’t. Alas it becomes a matter of definition, and clarity. It could very well be that at this point we don’t know enough about the nature on the Universe to even ask that question yet.
