You can assign your seat to another person within your organization. But please do inform us beforehand so we can make the necessary adjustments. Please email emkaydizon@oiceventsasia.com if you plan to transfer your registration and mention the name and contact details of the person replacing you. If in extreme cases, you are forced to cancel on the day of the event, we will still accept a replacement. Just have him/her approach the registration desk so we can make a new ID Badge for him/her. Yes, registration is transferable but not refundable after the cut off date which is August 10, 2007.
