Is the Comfort Theory being used in any hospitals as their philosophy to guide nursing practice? Or being used in universities to guide curriculum?
My “pet project” now is to consult with large health care systems to enhance their working environments. This is important for retention of nurses, better patient outcomes, and is also useful when applying for national recognitions.
