Is the artificial gravity really supplied in the space shuttle?
No. theres nothing like artificial gravity in Space Shuttles the Astronauts have to learn to work while floating in the ship and they do workouts while tied with a belt to the machines to make their bones stronger as Zero Gravity causes bones deterioration. they sleep in sleeping bags tied to the walls of spaceship and eat their food floating in the air. and even after that their bones become weak overtime and so they have to spend time in medical facilities after coming to earth before being able to walk properly.
