Is sewing making a comeback?
Yes. Many people, including men, have discovered that making their own clothes is the cheapest way to get good quality fashions. When we buy cheap clothes they are nearly always foreign made, which is bad enough, but they can contain toxic chemicals, and the thread dissolves with the first cleaning. I am very disappointed when I shop for fabric, because American made is getting more and more difficult to find.
