Phi Delta Theta chapters on an international scale are declaring themselves alcohol-free. This means that alcohol is not permitted in the chapter house or elsewhere on chapter property. Illegal drugs are of course not allowed, for obvious reasons. We are currently the only alcohol-free Fraternity at the University of Vermont.
