A. No. Its hard to find valuable travel certificates because they have been highly abused. Theyre used in travel breakage which means a person goes through many hoops before getting to their travel confirmation. A person buys a travel certificate from a club for a small price say $6.95 which entitles them to 3 days/2 nights accommodation in a 2-3 star hotel. When they mail it in, they are sent a voucher that asks them to send another amount ($10-20) to a seller of travel who then sends the customer an order form to contact a travel provider who will request another amount ($20-50) to secure the reservation and ask for a choice of dates and destinations. The amount will vary depending if its a week-end or a week day. The travel provider is actually a time share conglomerate who is seeking to fill their presentation room in order to sell timeshares.
