Yes if it states specifically states that it is plain organic rolled oats and no if it is a medley of things! Oats are gluten-free! I provided a website that will tell you this. That only happens when you buy Quaker Oatmeal which I found out does contain trace amounts of wheat in its oatmeal products and even organic oatmeal that is a medley of stuff. Oats and wheat are two different grains. Wheat is wheat and oats are oats! Note: Not all grains are wheat! Quinoa is a grain and is not wheat and it doesn’t have wheat in it.
