?No truck bed covers are completely waterproof. The RollBak tonneau is however extremely well designed to keep most if not all water out of your truck bed. The RollBak canister is designed to collect water which is then funneled out of the truck through tubes which pass through holes that exist in the truck bed or behind your bedliner. A good installation is oftentimes the difference between a tonneau cover that leaks and one that is water tight.
