Lexan is hard stuff. The guy at Home Depot was pushing hard into the cutter board (some vertical contraption) to score it. He ran the (fixed) blade down the board about 8 times, then he had to really put his weight into snapping the cut. You do NOT want to handle Lexan by yourself if you can get someone else to do it with the tools.
