Is it safe to eat tuna while pregnant?
Tuna is perfectly okay. The amount of mercury is not enough to hurt the baby. If you are still too scared, try eating at least after your third month of pregnancy as those months are the most critical in the baby’s growth. Many fish contain higher amounts of mercury so please be careful. My friend ate tuna often and her children are perfect. As always though, mercury is a big deal but doesn’t contain the amount of mercury found of children’s vaccines. Do not give your child vaccines unless you want to give your child ADD, ADHD or Autism. Give them healthy foods. A perfect example of this is the Amish. None of the people there have these problems. Eating tuna doesn’t mean your child will have these issues.
