Yes you will be able to book a flight. You will find that some airlines are now asking for Advanced Passenger Information to be provided before travel, It is basically the details on your passport, so they know who is travelling. It’s fine as it should still be ok to do this even upto a few days before your trip begins. The only Problem that you may run into is that, if your passport doesnt arrive on time, you stand a chance of missing your departure. Before you book, just check the airlines policies on cancelation or a chance to change the date, they can cost a bit.
