A 4. From the feedback I have received, mostly people consider buying a plot facing any favorable direction. They forget that more than the direction its important to check the soil, which side the plot is sloping, its shape, what kind of surroundings does it have, the direction of approaching road and whether that is tapering in any direction, the neighboring structures and their occupants, the presence of electricity transformers, poles or wires near the face of the plot and above all the legalities in terms of documents and finally the price. Would it be worth buying a plot, which is east facing but the legal papers are not complete or if there is a dispute with the municipal authorities? Evaluate a plot in totality not just directionally.
