Yes. Contact the Financial Aid Office at UHM (http://www.hawaii.edu/fas/, (808) 956-7251 ) and the SSW Distance Education Program Coordinator (808-956-9470 (v/tty)). More specific information on financial aid will be provided in our informational materials. An application for SSW-administered financial aid is available online. Note that not every student will qualify to every financial aid source. Pay special attention to eligibility requirements. In the meantime, check the SWITCHED-ON! web site for further information: http://www.hawaii.edu/sswork/de/de-msw-aid.html The notification date for financial aid distributed by the Myron B. Thompson School of Social Work coincides with the dates for Fall entering students on the Mānoa Campus. In general financial aid is only available during semesters when the student is considered to be enrolled full-time.
