Is bit-torrent illegal?
Its not illegal to have the program installed on your PC, but its illegal to download games, movies, music, videos, etc. that are protected by copyright laws. The only things you would be able to download legally are music bands that are just starting out and do not have any copyright protection, and free wear programs. Who cares if its illegal though, the chances of getting caught are very very low.

Those pictures belonged to me because I took them myself. Example 2: Using Bittorrent the Illegal way. I’ve got a DVD of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest, I just bought from Wal-Mart. I want to share this with everybody I know. I make a digital copy of it, and make a torrent out of it for people to download, if they want to download the movie. That’s illegal. That movie is being sold in stores, and if I give it away for free, then people might not go out and buy it fr
