Is baseball harder than softball?
It would be a bit slower, because of the pitching underhand gives less velocity, but the thing about baseball is the pitches tend to drift down in the zone from the hand. In softball, pitches go up somewhat because they are let go at a low point in the motion, so it is a different swing.
