Is an in-kind contribution required from all applicant agencies?
Answer – No, an in-kind contribution is not required but we believe that an in-kind contribution will indicate a strong support of the program and will increase the likelihood that the partnership will continue its activities after the grant funding ends.. It is possible to earn up to 10 points by including an in-kind contribution in the proposal. • Question – Is it permissible to combine funds from other grant programs with funds awarded by this pilot grant program? Answer – If the purpose and priorities of the other grant programs in question fully align with the purpose and priorities of this pilot grant program then the two funding sources may be coordinated. Funds from other grant programs may be considered in-kind contributions and should be clearly described in the budget narrative.
