Is a Certified Jungian Analyst licensed?

0

The International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP) is the international organizing body for professionals engaged in the practice of analytical psychology. High standards of training, practice and ethical conduct are required. The IAAP also holds International Congresses promoting the body of knowledge and study of analytical psychology. Licensure for psychoanalysts is currently offered by a few states, with New York, the most recent state, beginning January 2006. Jungian analysts in states offering licensure have the opportunity to be certified, as well as licensed psychoanalysts. Many Jungian analysts also are licensed in other mental health professions as well.
