In the past we have been able to remove (delete) a class that no longer has students. How do we delete classes in the updated program?
This option is available for GS Users for the following categories: Campus Principals/ PEIMS Level-I The above categories have access to the teacher gradebook. This can be accessed by choosing VIEW GRADEBOOK on the admin menu. The gradebook is automatically set to default to a read-only mode. The users mentioned above can override the access by choosing the READ ONLY radio button, on the top right hand side of the header. Please make sure all students in the classes that you wish to delete are coded as dropped (D). Choose the class name ( e.g. Language Arts 8/ 0123) . The class menu will open. Choose the Delete button on the bottom center of the menu. You will be asked to make sure you want to delete the following class. Choose Yes.
