In yet another episode Maxx overdoses on cartoons and PEZ which sends him into a very weird dream world. [5-7] “Toy Story” “Toy Story”, the first fully computer-animated movie from Walt Disney Productions, contains a fictional PEZ dispenser. It has a red stem with a duck’s head (white with yellow beak). The dispenser sat in the torso of a muscular figure. Mr. Quack, as it was called, first appears about two thirds of the way into the movie. [5-8] The Tick Issue number 7 of The Tick comic book features PEZ in its storyline. [5-9] The Simpsons In the episode where Bart and Lisa go off to Krusty’s summer camp there is a segment where Krusty says something about his line of toys. In the background there is a bunch of Krusty the Clown dolls, but off to one side there is a Krusty PEZ dispenser. *[5-10]* The PEZ Band There was a band in the late 1970’s from Los Angeles called “The PEZ Band.” They published four albums.
