Willow is long out of print. Reportedly, only 2500 copies were issued and they quickly sold out. Most original owners are loath to part with this treasured tome. However, it can occasionally be found on the secondary market, e.g. eBay. Be prepared to take out a loan or sell the good china, though–second-hand copies of Willow typically sell online for a small fortune.
