Im using Quicken 2001 and I cannot enable my accounts for online access. What is the problem?
Quicken 2001 does not contain the updated files to allow online access. To resolve this issue, please follow the instructions listed below: • Click on Help in menu bar • Click on About Quicken. Check the release version listed. If your version shows Release R 1, you will need to update to Release R2 or R3. Close box and click on Help in the menu bar again. • Click on Download Latest Version • Click on Update Now • Once the update is finish verify that Quicken has been updated.
