Im unsure. Q: Can I do my editing work on a reduced resolution image to improve performance, creating an edit list that can later be applied to the full resolution image in offline mode?

In EditDV, you can work with reduced quality and automatically output things in full quality after rendering. It’s pretty slick, although I found that the reduced quality didn’t take that much less time than the full, so I always wound up rendering to full quality. My thanks to Ketil Albertsen for these questions.
