-Access Start menu -Access “Control Panel” -Access “Regional and Language Options” -In opened window, click the tab “Languages” In-tab “Languages”, click the “Details” -In the window that opens, in the “Default input language” should be marked “Portuguese (Brazil) – Portuguese (Brazil ABNT). If not, select this option. Note that in the “Installed services” there are some standards set.
