If I loose connection while taking the test due to some reason, do I need to start the test again?
No. You can continue from where you left after re-logging in. I log in with my User Id, but I see another user’s Id on the screen. Your computer is caching files, please clear the cache of your computer and login again. Procedure to clear cache: • On your Internet Explorer menu bar, click on Tools -> Internet Option -> General Tab. • Click ‘Delete Cookies’ A message will be displayed asking for conformation. • Click ‘OK’ Button. • Click ‘Delete Files’ and check the “Delete all offline content” checkbox. • Click ‘OK’ Button. • Close the Internet Options window by clicking the OK Button.
