If I click Un-Post a picture from public mode will it lose current picture rating and comments?

No. Anytime you click ‘Un-Post’ a picture, although you stop picture ratings and comments, these remain preserved. To make picture ratings and comments live again just click on the ‘My Items’ tab on your Account Pages to go to Post your picture Post and Un-Post status.
