I want my friend to have a session but she thinks alternative healing is nonsense. Does she have to believe in Reconnective Healing for it to work?

No; however, it would be beneficial if she were open the possibility that something might occur; even if it sounds crazy (to her)! All she has to do is relax (or not) during the session. If she is not comfortable closing her eyes, during the session, she can keep them open. The source of The Reconnective Healing Spectrum is much stronger than a person’s in-ability to believe or relax; the fact that she’s shown up is all that’s necessary. It is possible to send a healing to someone who is unaware of your intent. An example would be a friend or loved one going through a difficult situation or serious illness. The session is performed at a distance and the healing acts like a prayer; whether or not the intended person accepts it, or refuses it, is entirely up to them at a higher level of consciousness. Your friend or loved one will never have to know that a session occurred on their behalf or that you had anything to do with it.
