I used CollegeTransit last year but the site doesn recognize my email and password. Why?

In an effort to maintain accurate records and periodically “flush” the system, we deleted all user records from previous years. Therefore even if you used CollegeTransit last year, you will need to follow the normal ordering process for the first registration this year.
