A. If you purchased via Volume Licensing, Software Assurance, or if you purchased the full retail x64 edition of Windows Server 2008, contact Microsoft fulfillment services in your region. If you obtained your server with Windows Server 2008×64 edition preinstalled from a partner or OEM, they may be able to assist you. Contact them to determine their media fulfillment policies. You may also use your own 32-bit edition media, if available.
