I removed my interior drywall to add insulation, but in the process I also added Reflectix foil (double-sided foil separated by air). Should I worry about a possible moisture problem?

I would expect Reflectix to act as a vapor barrier. As such, it should be placed toward the interior, just behind the drywall, to control moisture properly.
