Please check status by going to the “Subscription Profile” link on the main page and log in using your Subscription ID number and ship-to zip code. OpenManage subscription shipments are made approximately once per quarter. Normally, you will not receive your first shipment until the calendar quarter following the quarter in which you register. You can also contact customer support at 1-800-770-6499. Be prepared to provide the customer support representative your Subscription ID number and Dell customer number.
