I logged on properly through NetBadge, but when I tried to renew on line, I got an error message or didn see a permit to be renewed. Now what?
You may receive an error message for a few different reasons. The most common reason will be outstanding citation balances. To view and/or pay citations, you can click on “Manage My Account” and view/pay outstanding citations. Appealing a citation will not release a permit for sale.
