To resolve this issue, follow these steps: 1. Start Outlook or PowerPoint. 2. On the Help menu, click About Microsoft Office Outlook or About Microsoft Office PowerPoint, and then click Disabled Items. 3. Click the Live Meeting Add-in in the list, click Enable, and then click OK. 4. Restart Outlook or PowerPoint, and then verify that the Live Meeting toolbar is displayed as expected.
