I have college credit from another school, what is the process for an evaluation?
• Incoming transcript evaluation for students with college credit from other school(s) 1. Official evaluations are only processed for students who previously attended or currently attend C.O.D. New students must wait until the midpoint of their first term of enrollment before requesting a complete official evaluation. 2. Students should contact the former school(s) and request that one official copy of the transcript be mailed directly to the C.O.D. Records office. Two weeks after requesting transcripts, students should contact the Records office at (630) 942-3829 to verify that all transcripts have been received. 4. Once all transcripts have been received, fill out the Transcript Evaluation Form (see www.cod.edu/AdRegRec/Records/Records.htm and click on “Transfer Evaluation”).
