A. If you have access to the Internet, you can log on to the ROA Web site at www.roa.org, and if you are not registered on the site you can follow the instructions. Once you are registered, you can update your individual member profile. You may also send an e-mail to memberservices@roa.org with the information you want to have updated, and a member of the Member Services section will process your request within the next several business days.
