I have been on active 8 for little over 2 weeks, I have been eating about 1400 calories, doing exercise every day, just was wondering why I have gained?
Exercising is a great way to lose weight and get in better shape. But remember that initially as you start to build up those muscles and get them toned, you will gain a few pounds. As the fat burns off, so will the weight, and you’ll be left with nice, toned, firm muscles. And that’s what we are striving for…right?!
