I currently submit paper invoices to Alcoa by using the normal mail system. Can I continue to do this in the future or will I be forced to submit electronic invoices?

A Alcoa’s aim is to move to electronic systems for submission of invoices. If a supplier currently submits paper invoices this will continue to be acceptable in the short term. Changes to the method of submitting invoices will be made over time to allow suppliers to make the necessary changes.
