I configured DynSite to auto-detect my external IP address but it gets the IP address of the proxy of my ISP not the one of my own computer, is there a workaround?

As of version 1.11 of DynSite, the detection scripts are hosted on Web servers listening on ports others than 80, usually port 8245, in an attempt to bypass the proxy servers. If you have a compatible router, I highly recommend you to use it for the detection, see FAQ #64 for more information.
