I can not log on using my Baylor E-mail password…what should I do?
If you can not logon to the computer with your ECA account, check to make sure that you are logging in correctly (make sure that the CAPS LOCK key is not turned on – passwords are generally case sensitive). If this does not solve your access issue, contact the ERC staff for assistance with resetting your password or you may contact the College’s Information Technology HELP DESK at 713-798-8737.
