I am importing my customer database from MS Excel into MoCo. What do I need to take note of ?
Firstly, make sure that the first row of your excel file is the field names. The field names of your excel file do not have to match exactly with the field names of MoCo. Secondly, at the configuration settings of MoCo, under the “Default Import Address Book Delimiter” group, update the spreadsheet name of the excel file you are going to import (See below picture). Remember to save by clicking OK.
