I am an instructor and I would like to hold an optional review session for my class during RRR week. Can I use my regularly scheduled class time and room for the review session?
UPDATED For Fall 2009, your classroom will be automatically reserved for you at the usual day(s) and time for the first three days of the RRR period (December 7-9), which are the days that were originally scheduled as formal class days before the announcement of RRR week. As under previous policy, if you wish to schedule a room for December 10 or 11, you can initiate the request through your department scheduler, who will then submit your request to the Office of the Registrar. For Spring 2010 and subsequent semesters, please inform your department scheduler of your room, day and time needs for the RRR week, if any. Your scheduler will work in conjunction with the Office of the Registrar to meet your needs. First priority will be given to instructors in their regularly-scheduled classrooms, provided they indicate their needs by the mid-point of the semester. The Registrar will send e-mail to all instructors the second month of the semester to remind you to contact your department sched
