How will the sponsor know their package was received?
We give soldiers two ways to say Thanks to their sponsors. They can send e-thanks through our Thank You Page. They enter the order number from the packing slip, and then type in a short thank-you message. We match the order number to the sponsors’ e-mail and instantly forward the message. In case someone doesn’t have access to the Internet, we also enclose a pre-addressed thank you postcard in every package. When the card comes back to the TFT offices, we’ll forward it to the sponsor.
OCP247 offers two ways that make it very simple for the military Hero to say Thank You to the Sponsor(s). OCP247 encloses a pre-addressed Thank You Postcard in each package. The Hero is urged to respond to the sender by completing the enclosed response card and mailing it to OCP247, or sending an email to the OCP247 Thank You Center, where we will forward the thank you information to the sponsor and post it on the website. After the Postcard from the Hero is received by OCP247, the thank you text with first name, branch of service, and residing state of the Hero is forwarded to the Sponsor. If the military Hero has access to email, the Hero can send a e-thanks to the OCP247 Thank You Center by entering the order number from the packing slip and sending a message. The message is instantly sent to the Sponsor after it’s matched with the order. Again, thank you text with first name, branch of service, and residing state of the Hero are the only information shared.
