Each one of the three concepts submitted by a tenderer, including optional additional communication tools, will be separately evaluated against award criteria 1 (see tender specifications point 5.3.1). The one concept out of the three obtaining the highest score under award criteria 1 will be used for calculating the total score of the offer after having also evaluated the offer against award criteria 2- 4.
