North Sydney Council must consider the Metropolitan Strategy and more particularly the draft Inner North Subregional Strategy when preparing the new draft comprehensive LEP and demonstrate to the Department of Planning’s satisfaction how the new draft comprehensive LEP gives effect to the objectives and employment and housing targets set out in the Subregional Strategy.
